Great location, spacious rooms with dividing wall, very clean and quiet. Impressive response to hot room issue, fixed within 10 minutes. Excellent homemade Gnocchi with Veal Ragu in the restaurant. Breakfast has good options and fresh made latte available. Spacious bedroom and sitting room for family time.

The accommodation at Mantra was comfortable and provided good value for money. The location was also convenient, being central to most amenities. Despite staying for just one night, I found the rooms to be clean and spacious enough. I had an enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was within walking distance to all the shopping centres and Melbourne Park for tennis. there were plenty of restaurants and shops just a couple of hundred metres away. The hotel was also conveniently located in the city centre with transport connections in close proximity. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large with both a bath and shower. Housekeeping was friendly and prompt. The staff, although hit and miss, were mostly friendly and accommodating. The hotel also offered complimentary drinks and breakfast as a gesture of apology for any inconveniences.
The Wi-Fi provided by the hotel did not work properly and there were issues with the shower head, which was too low and couldn't be adjusted.

The location was excellent, with close proximity to restaurants, public transport, and walking distance to the city and Southern Cross Station. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family. The trendy and relaxing atmosphere, along with the welcoming fire in the foyer, made for a comfortable stay. The valet parking and buffet breakfast were also notable highlights.

We absolutely loved our stay here! With everything we could need, this place offered a great location near coffee shops and tram routes. The staff were professional and had a lovely friendly manner. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities including a mini-bar and kitchen. From room service to the sauna and fitness center, we felt pampered and well taken care of during our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to trams and close to shops and restaurants. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a fantastic king size bed and a selection of pillows for added comfort. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. this hotel provided all the necessary facilities and a convenient location in a quieter street in the city center.
Nothing could have been better.
